How far red alert is effective

Government has beefed up security in and around the twin towers and have started search of the premises after receipt of an anonymous letter received by police in Mumbai. The said letter threatened to blow up the twin towers on May 24. How challenging and dare devil are terrorists may be imagined by any layman and one may understand the real purpose behind this letter. It is simply to create panic in the mind of general mass and armed forces who are supposed to provide security.
Such types of letters do nothing but create confusion .Government is bound to increase security at such place, otherwise if some untoward incident occurs there, entire blame will go to government. But the point to be considered is that why the terrorist group did not give prior information before throwing bomb in Hyderabad and Gorakhpur and for that matter many times in the past and many places in the country. Obviously their aim is to confuse public and government, divert their attention in wrong direction and get success in explosion at different place where security is comparative low. This is their strategy to befool us and this is not abnormal. Any thief or Dacoit will not conduct his operation after giving prior information.
As a matter of fact, the experience of last two three decades tell us that whenever and wherever and whatever terrorists like, they have done and they can do .They have adequately exhibited their cleverness, effectiveness and firmness in their desire to disturb India and USA. They have rather publicly announced that they will not spare USA and India and that too frequently. Even Pakistan has affirmed the seriousness of the goal of terrorist due to Kashmir issue. Malicious intention of terrorist and Mr. Musharaf led Pakistan is crystal clear.
The most important matter of concern is when our government realizes from the core of heart that there is danger from the side of Pakistan and its sponsored terrorist groups working from Pakistan or Bangladesh or PoK. I say from the heart because I am not convinced by so-called Red Alert of the Government or stereo-type statement of government that security has been beefed up or we are not going to bow down by terror attacks of terrorists, or that they terrorist will not succeed in their target.
There is one after another Bomb explosion and government still says proudly that terrorist will not succeed and on the other hand damage after damage occurs, frequently innocent people become victim of such bomb blasts but government says that security have been increased,administraatin has been tightened. Obviously government is just befooling general mass and engaged in some unhealthy game of earning money.

Otherwise the same terror groups are not that much success in USA and UK
Actually in our country system of collecting information and their monitoring is very poor. Our intelligence system is very weak .Our administration is careless. Our armed forces are not that much alert and last but not the least our political leaders are not believable and they are not at all loyal to the Nation. Majority of the person concerned are busy in earning money through unfair means. When money comes in hand our all officers and babus forget the duty to their chair and their religion .
That is why we must plan to first clean the system and make it strong and loyal to the Nation. Only then there will be some improvement and people will be safer. Only loud talks, high promises and good speeches will lead us to hell.
We need wide and devoted network of persons who collect intelligence report from each and every corner of the country and their reports are properly accumulated, monitored and effectively put into action by administration to retort terrorist. Media has a greater role to play to expose the culprits weakening the country from within the country. We have to be cautious for 365 days at all places of the country. We should not be misguided by anonymous letters or phone calls .We should try to misguide them to weaken them. Rather our system should be able to know the real motive and actual plan or terrorists much before they tell and confuse us or before they put their plan into action. We have to discard the habit of conducting fake encounters to please illiterate public. Moral and dignity of our armed forces and police and administration should always be high
.Our leaders have to discard dirty politics of caste or community or reservation or temporary solution to any problem. Lastly properties of all political leaders, government officers should be assessed and any one of them having property either in his name or in the name of his family members of value more rupees. Three year rule of UPA

All individuals do different from what he promises in election rally. Similarly all political parties promised during election more about liberalization ,privatization, removal of license permit raj, provision of food, water and electricity for all, best infra structure, home to all, employment to all youth ,creation of environment conducive for industrial development and what not .When a party come to power all good points of the manifesto are forgotten, all promises made during election rallies are video recorded and kept in almirah to use the same during next election. Why so . Because it is only and only elcted representative in the country who is not accountable to any authority. MP/MLA's work or do nothing, they are honest or indulges in heinous corrupt practices, there is no one to question them. They are involved in human trafficking or kabutarbazi ,or they ask for commission in all development schemes from District level officers, or they ask for money to raise questions in Parliament, or they take share in all subsidies granted by central or state government, they seek money for all big licenses for big industries, commission in all big or small contracts to be allotted through so-called tender and so on ......Who is going to bother?They are accountable to poor and innocent voters. For that they are well versed and they know how to befool voters on the basis of caste or community ,communalism or secularism , Mondal or OBC or Dalit or MUSLIM-YADAV card and so many other local aces like distribution of cheap wine, blanket , sarees to poor or even some money to voters and so on so forth. Besides they are good aurators, speakers, preachers, crowd attractors. They have magical wand in their hand to please rural voters.Whatever local voters want they are ready to arrange as if they have panacea for all diseases. After all they have to make promise only not under pressure to put the same into action.This is why UPA government has done no work during last three years of their regime it hardly matters to them. During last six month of their tenure they will announce some attractive schemes and win the votes. Moreover they have earned a lot to manipulate the next election in their favour. This is the election strategy of all parties. They have done PhD and not less than MBA in such matters and this is why they least bother for terror attacks or for that matter any discomfort of public. Who bothers for economic growth or inflation.. Actually none. A few economists and some academicians formulate plan and draft for new policy which is publicized, formulated for presentation and passed and stored in parliament house .Ours is the best planning in the world and the worst in execution. This is our great India.One after other bomb attacks takes place ,no one is worried.They have plenty of money in government treasury to give compensation to members of those families where some one is killed or wounded in any accidents, or terror attacks. They may give unemployment allowance to unemployed youths and subsidy to rural folks for building home under Indira. Awas Yojna. Dialogue with Pakistan

For decades we have been told by ministers and the government that Pakistan needs to match words with action. Still we are exposing our secrets through dialogues, opening doors for terrorists’ infiltration into our country through train or bus route. They know very well that so-called Jehadi are being pushed into our country every day through our borders, train services and bus services. And now Star TV has exposed that even fake electoral and ration cards are being prepared by our own agencies for Bangladeshis and Pakistanis provided they get some money in return.
Everything is possible in our country if someone is ready to pay some bribes. Even Army personnel of our country are engaged in pseudo training and embezzlement of oil expenses in crores of rupees. Star TV yesterdays telecasted the modus operendi of Farziwara of Fauz.
Obviously on the one hand our own people in greed of money are ready to sell anything and everything and even vital secrets to enemy, on the other Our enemy Pakistan has been consistently allowing terror camps in Pakistan, Trained terrorists are being pushed into our country through unfair routs and means to spread their terror network in our country and create a condition here which will ultimately result in internal disturbances and lead to us nearer to civil war.
Our own leaders earn money by raising questions in Parliament or by using their passports and visa for Kabutarbazi. How can they think for the safety of the country.

In such sorry state of affairs prevailing in our country, our Defense Minister Mr. Antony says that he wants to continue talks with Pakistan on various issues. During this prolonged process of dialogue with Pakistan, even Bangladesh and Sri Lanka has become our virtual enemy ad Pakistan is openly using both the countries in addition to PoK as heaven for training camps. To add fuel to fire even militant organization working in India such as MCC, Hurriat, Naxalites have direct or indirect nexus with Pakistan based terror groups. Clearly we are to face attacks from outside as well inside and friendly neighbors who are working as enemy in disguise.
I therefore request our top leaders to first ensure elimination of all terror camps from PoK ,Bangladesh,Sri Lanka and Pakistan then only visualize any fruitful achievement though dialogue with Pakistan.
We must be vigilant not only on borders but in all corners of our country because network of terrorist have penetrated into all states. Due to their continuous notorious enhancement of terror area we are frequent victim of Bomb Blasts.Evertime we alert our forces and without any fear terrorist repeat the throw of bomb wherever they like.

Consequently there is no safety anywhere in our own country. We have to first make our own system effective and strong and eliminate those who are indulged in unfair practices of Bribe. When all agencies and departments in our country start functioning properly and honestly there is no power on the earth that can defeat us and none can cause any harm to us. Or own men are stabbing us in the back and they are the main threat to our safety. Our unity and integrity is endangered by corrupt officials working in our own system. Our own people are selling the country in the hands of the enemy. Therefore the prime and urgent need of the hour is to remove corrupt person from the system and punish them severely. Even ministers who commits sin is not to be spared. This should be the goal of or system.

Dera Sachha Sauda -Crisis in Punjab

I am unable to understand why government has shown such a dilly-dally attitude till now on such a sensitive issue. Home Minister at center also appears to be silent spectator or adding fuel to fire from behind the scene. Punjab is burning and its flames reaching in other states too but politicians are busy in assessment of their vote banks likely to be affected.
The most surprising is that even religious leaders of Dera Sachha Sauda act in such a manner which hurt the sentiments of other similar group of persons. If the hurting is not caused unwillingly and they feel that unknowingly the sentiments of other group is hurt they should not delay in begging pardon and immediately try to calm down the anger of the aggrieved group. I reiterate if the person belonging to Dera SACHHA Sauda are realy Sacha i.e. true, they should not hesitate to beg apology.

The most astonishing repercussion of the sad incident occurred in Punjab due to some posture of Dera Saccha Sauda is that even biggest and the most powerful religious body of Sikhs Akal Taktht announced its dictate of Punjab Bund to exhibit its annoyance and wants government to close the shutters of Dera Sachha Sauda before 27th of this month.The hard core Sikhs are bent upon destroying DERAs within two-three days and the situation is very much alarming there.
The violent and destructive role played by Sikh in reaction to the condemnable act of Dera is more and more condemnable. It appears Akal Takth works less as religious body more as terror outfit. I don't know where religious attitude has gone from the country. Almost All religious body is indulged in financial irregularities, exhibit their power and want to suppress and downgrade other religious body. Obviously there is an ego clash which religious leader preaches to eliminate.
Whatever may be the real motto behind Dera’s act and Akal Takht's reaction and resultant repercussions on social harmony in Punjab and elsewhere, it is definitely a cause for concern for all peace loving persons and the situation is very much explosive. Government must realize the ground reality and take all possible steps to defuse happening of riot in Punjab and other states. Center should leave the idea of dirty politics and sit together with Punjab Government to resolve the issue as early as possible. Punjab already suffered a lot during eighties and after much efforts situation has calmed down and the trend of development has been activated and rejuvenated. We should make all efforts to defuse the crisis so that militancy of eighties does not recur.
